I've been coming here for somewhere close to 15+ years I think between their former location and this one. Dr. Denny and Jill are like family to me at this point and honestly I don't know what I'd do with them. Dr. Denny has kept me moving as smoothly as I'm going to as I age and with my multiple injuries to back, neck, shoulder, etc...that's saying a lot. Endlessly kind and caring over the years and some of the best conversations, while getting adjusted. Definitely saved my bacon a few times, when something slipped or pinched and I could barely get there even. Definitely check this spot out, if you're in need of an adjustment by an experienced hand.

Dr. Denny is amazing! Not only does she know what she is doing, she has an excellent bed side manner! After just one adjustment, I was free of my chronic sciatica and neck pain. I will continue to see her until I am totally rehabilitated in just 7 short weeks. This is very exciting for me! I have been dealing with chronic neck and back pain for 10+ years. I have had chronic lower back /hip issues for most of my life , I moved to SF 4 yrs ago & hadn’t had any issues bc I basically quit working out once I moved here. Woke in the middle of the night with severe lower back pain a few weeks ago & knew I had to find a chiropractor asap . Well after 3 days of calling different Chiro offices I finally got in with Dr. Denny . I’m a believer in everything happens for a reason & I think that’s why it took me three days to find Dr. Denny & Jill because they are amazing. Jill was so patient with me when I couldn’t find the office the first time & even came out on the street to come find me . I was very late so offered to come back another day bc I didn’t want to mess up the rest of the days scheduled appointments. Dr. Denny was very kind & took me anyway , did my initial assessment / patient history. I came back the next morning for my first adjustment with her & have been pretty much pain free since . Also she hand wrote driving directions for me because it is not an easy place to find the first couple times if you’re not used to driving in the city. lol I can’t say enough good things about SF Spine Pain Relief center . Dr. Denny has me on a 8 week 2 x week adjustment program then will get to maintenance . So happy I found Dr. Denny . Dr. Denny is a great chiropractor! She helped me with a back injury over the course of 6+ months. Super organized with a written treatment plan and reasonable costs for her amazing level of expertise. Jill in the front office is also great and helps run a tight ship. Cheap local validated parking for an hour in a garage and easy sign in. They are quite busy so you gotta sign up for slots whenever you can!

I have been a client of Dr Denny's for years, and she has absolutely been instrumental in treating my many injuries. From sciatica to lower back and hip pain, to knees and shoulder issues, Dr Denny has kept me running and moving! My (adult) children also see her often to get adjustments. We love Dr Denny!
