Phuong / Wendy she's an owner was very bad service & None professional on many verbal abuse tourists. Always ask more $fee for any reason. Tour pre-paid for all, but she asked for $ every door visit tickets fee. Most of tourists support bc Sơn He's good service. Even I did give them a second change, seem like she never change. She believed she smart enough & know how to run business by collecting more fee on her senior clients.

Thăng Long travel is disloyalty company. The owner is Wenny who is tour guide also On August 6 to 13, 2016. I went to East coast and Canada with Thăng Long travel. 33 person travel with this trip but we did not flight same air plane, 5 group on different time and flight. They took over 2/3 cash. Some person paid cash only. Some person paid credit card. Thăng Long travel used one credit of customer bought 4 or 5 air tickets for someone else not same family that did not ask the credit card's owner. That one like steal credit card's information. It is illegal. They post a lot of places on this trip, but they skip many places no reason. Post free Lobster Buffet when we in Boston, but we have McDonal'd sandwich instead for Lobster Buffer. 2 Sanwich for $5.00. 1 customer have 1 Sandwich, some a couple just have one sandwich. Wenny was rude when a older couple ask one more sandwich. Wenny said: Do you want one more again? Wenny did not ask customers what they want to eat. She ran too fast and order sandwiches and gave to us. Wenny has lacked adequate language skills, having a really limited vocabulary and mispronunciation of words. She doesn't know how to communicate with people. The worst company travel

Very good and dedicated customer service. (Timely responses over phone (can be slow over emails) and accomodating some of our special needs as we travel with a 65-year old parents who cant speak English. Helpful advice when giving travel consultation taking customers at heart and not trying to oversell any tours. I travel with tour agents often and I would say they are among the best!!!

This is a horrible place. My mom booked a ticket for a person who doesn't live in the US. When I found out that the name on the ticket wasn't correct, I called the airline company to request the name change. The airline company told me that the travel agency had to request the change instead of me because the ticket was purchased through the agency. My mom called and informed about the issue. The travel agent refused to make a change and told my mom that the ticket should be. My mom again re-addressed the issue. They again said they booked many many tickets like this (incorrect names) and none of the customers had any problem and hung up the phone. Today, we arrived at the airport at 5:30am to depart at 6:45am and we couldn't check in because of the name issue. It was a long process to have the name corrected and of course, we couldn't get onto the flight that was original booked. The people who are working at this place are such horrible people. They have no idea what they are doing and don't even bother to care for their customers. My mom does not speak English well, and does not know how to book the ticket by herself. She came to this travel agency and it ended up like a disaster. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Just finished the trip to Canada with Thang long travel. What a wonderful trip with a tour guy ,Wennie and and new friends a just meet .every one so happy and friendly.i will take more tour with her in the future
