Senior Helpers

Senior Helpers really came through when my Mom needed extra care after a medical issue. They amended schedules, changed times, and went above and beyond helping our family. Super friendly and accommodating company. I am so thankful for the caregiver who helps my Mom. We couldn’t have done it without her! I couldn’t praise Senior Helpers enough! Highly recommended!

After 2 previous companies failed to provide appropriate and consistent care for my father, then decided they didn't want to continue working with us anymore, we had a week to find someone new. Sydnee was able to meet with us the next day and we were very impressed with her and what she said Senior Helpers could do for us. Though I met with the other companies, dad & I felt Seniors Helpers was the best fit. They started working with us the following week and provided so much better care than we'd had with the other 2 companies. They worked with us for 7 months before dad passed. I only wish we'd been able to find them when we first needed in home assistance. Thank you Sydnee and Patricia for all your concern and care for my dad!!

I needed someone to take care of my mom while I was out of the country. I don't have any other family to help. My mom could take basic care of her self but not for food or taking medications . So reliability was top of the list. So I hired them for two weeks 2 hours in the morning, and 3 at night. Which included time to socialize with my, help with any of her wants or needs, to cook and watch over my mom. During that time the first week a hard freeze and snow hit Irving. They made sure some one was there. When they were supposed to be. I asked them to drip water and leave cabinet doors open they did that. When we got home everything was in its place and clean. My mom really enjoyed having them help her. Next time we will gladly all them to help again. I definitely recommend them.

My mom fell and broke her knee, and she is there in Dallas all by herself. I was super worried about taking care of her since I travel so frequently. Senior Helpers people Sydnee and their owner are super special people...and I haven't seen more considerate and kind people ever. The caregiver Trisha was just wonderful too and very knowledgeable. They not only took great care of her but kept me in the loop all along until her full recovery. Can't thank them enough. I will be your customer when I need any help for my mom, and happy to refer as well. God bless!

They are very responsive to my needs fir my mom and she felt very comfortable with all the Helpers she met. Sydney is always available and is always pleasant and responsive. Great experience!
