Grace provides stellar customer service and professionalism. I arrived super late to the initial appointment and was worried she would be upset. Instead, she calmly suggested we reschedule and even served me a drink and snacks! I was distressed from being late (I'm a type A person who's always on time), and her actions really lifted my spirit. I enjoyed the facial and sculpt massages the most during the facial. The products she used felt nice on my skin. She also went over the allotted time to ensure my skin concerns were addressed. My skin was glowing with no blackheads after the treatment. Towards the end, she recommended me products I could use to help maintain the skin and gave thorough instructions on how and when to use the products. I really appreciated the way how she handled my tardiness and the extra treatment I received during the facial. Honestly, I've never met someone in the beauty service industry who showed so much kindness such care before. 10/10 recommend!
