⭐☆☆☆☆ My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience at Serenity Dental. Before scheduling our appointment, I stopped by the office in person because we do not have dental insurance. I made that very clear. I specifically asked for the cash price for two routine teeth cleanings because neither of us was having any dental issues. The staff told me they had a new patient special for $139 for the two of us, so I booked the appointment. We both took time off work, arrived for our appointment, and then were told something completely different. Instead of honoring what we had been quoted, we were told the $139 was actually for a membership or insurance-type plan, and that we would still have to pay several hundred dollars more for the cleanings. That is not what was explained when I booked the appointment. I repeated exactly what I had said the week before: “We don’t have insurance. We don’t want insurance. We just want a cash price to have our teeth cleaned.” I couldn’t have been any clearer. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or trying to make it right, the front desk staff argued with us. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Their attitude—including eye-rolling during the conversation—only made the situation worse. Whether this was poor communication or a bait-and-switch tactic, the result was the same: we wasted our time, took off work unnecessarily, and left without the service we scheduled. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Serenity Dental. I expect businesses to clearly explain their pricing and honor the quotes they give customers. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

I came to get my tooth pulled and the whole team was awesome Monica made me so comfortable and she was very attentive and helpful. I want to thank the whole team. I will be back and I’m very happy I picked this dentist. They got it done so fast I was amazed. I had a great first experience here. I’ll be back for the rest of my dental work. Thank you.

I went in for fillings and a deep clean and this was one of the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. They were very gentle and kept making sure i was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly. Shout out to Monica for going above and beyond for me.

Returned to the Magnolia location only because they damaged my crown at my last visit and to see if they could correct it. I called ahead to set appointment their employee checks my insurance and sets appointment. I show up to find out it was not checked and now I’m sitting in the chair with my face numb and they telling me they can’t help without running my credit for 300$. When insurance should’ve been verified before I got here. I could have just waited a month for my insurance to start over. Now waiting for corporate number.

I referred my mother to Serenity Dental, and she could not stop praising the entire experience. From the moment she walked in, she felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. She said the cleaning was unlike any she has ever had before. The dentist and team made especially Luis made her feel calm, comfortable, and truly cared for. Hearing her speak so highly of the practice meant a lot to me. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her.
