Serenity Spa by Westgate

It was awesome, ​I had an incredible experience at Serenity Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The staff was professional and truly attentive to my needs. I left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a high-quality retreat. Total relaxation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND — an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I booked a 50-minute couples massage and arrived 30 minutes early to enjoy the sauna, steam room, and showers, which set the perfect tone for the day. The massage itself was phenomenal. Both therapists were beyond skilled and so attentive, checking in regularly about the pressure and how we were feeling throughout. The facility is calming and deeply relaxing. It’s slightly outdated, but the rustic, older charm gives off a wonderful Roman bathhouse vibe — and if that’s the look they’re going for, they’ve absolutely nailed it. The 50 minutes flew by. Afterward, the staff stayed just as friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. To every staff member working Saturday, May 30th around 9:30 AM — thank you so much. I only wish I could thank each of you by name. Keep being awesome! Looking forward to my next massage here!

It was amazing. JERRY!!! Jerry was amazing. My sisters and I decided to get massages together. The massage was wonderfully pleasant. It felt like you were in a greek god bathhouse. The atmosphere was so soothing and relaxing. I enjoyed Jerry. Definitely consider him when booking your massage. He was great, professional and extremely handsome. Until next year. 10/10 highly recommend.

My massage was wonderful; however, we were never informed about the steam room or jacuzzi access. What was disappointing was that my massage therapist was initially willing to allow us to come back and use those amenities, but then my husband's massage therapist stepped in and explained that once you leave, there is a policy that prevents guests from returning. When I explained that we had actually booked twice due to a reschedule and were never informed of this policy on either occasion, the response was, "Hmm, interesting. Usually that's the first thing that's communicated." Respectfully, we are not confused or forgetful guests. We make appointments regularly and know when important information has not been provided. The fact that we were genuinely surprised when we learned about the steam room and jacuzzi access should have made it clear that this information was never communicated to us. It wasn't a case of us forgetting. As a General Manager myself, I understand that customer service and hospitality are everything. Mistakes happen, but when the oversight is on the business side, flexibility and accommodation go a long way. A small adjustment in this situation could have easily made this a 5-star experience. Instead, it left us feeling dismissed, which unfortunately brings my overall rating down to 3 stars. The massage itself was excellent, but customer service and hospitality are just as important as the service being provided.

Overall experience was mediocre. Very overpriced for the service. Couples massage ($300) services are not worth it. We arrived 30 minutes prior, to then be separate and not enjoy eachother until taken back to the massage room. the amount they charge one should be able to ask/choose the massage "therapist" with experience. Technique felt like she came out of massage therapy school. Save your money.
