I highly recommend Seven Heaven Nail & Spa! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of throughout your entire visit, Jennifer and Tom are my go to techs. The attention to detail during the service is exceptional. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to make sure everything is done exactly how you want it. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved self-care. And I have to mention the beverages! The drinks they provide during your service are delicious and add such a nice, upscale touch to the overall experience. It’s the little details like this that really set Seven Heaven Nail & Spa apart from other salons. If you’re looking for a nail salon that combines excellent work, amazing customer service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a truly elevated experience, this is definitely the place to go. I am SO happy I found Seven Heaven Nail Salon and Mrs Kattie! I went to FIVE other nail salons before coming here, showing them the type of Western/turquoise nails I wanted, and every single one told me they couldn’t do them. Seven Heaven was completely different. They actually took the time to sit down with me, talk through exactly what I wanted, explain the different options, and figure out how to make my vision work. The turquoise design I wanted was a little more complicated than a normal nail design, but Mrs Kattie absolutely came through! I’m getting ready to leave for a trip to Europe, and these beautiful nails honestly made the trip feel even more special. I could not be happier with how they turned out. Thank you SO much, Mrs Kattie and the crew for taking your time with me, listening to what I wanted, and making my nails beautiful. And thank you, Seven Heaven Nail Salon, for making me feel so welcome. I finally found my forever nail salon! You officially have a customer for life. ❤️💅🏼✨

I came here because it's close to where I live, but this is now the second time I've left disappointed. I just finished my pedicure, and it looks really bad. The young guy who did my nails was very sweet, but I don't think he should be doing nails yet. If this had been a manicure, I would have had to say something before leaving. I honestly feel like I could have done a better job myself, which is really disappointing, especially since I'm about to leave for my trip. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

I got my an acrylic set with French done with May today and she did so good! She was kind and patient making me feel so welcomed. There’s awesome complementary drinks as well so really enjoyed that! Definitely recommend🩷 …

I’ve been going to Seven Heaven since they opened, and I’ve never left the salon this upset. I went in to pamper myself for my birthday, and instead I left with nails that were nothing like what I asked for. I requested long, slightly sharpened almond-shaped nails (which I’ve gotten there before) with black glitter powder on one nail for each hand. Tom was my nail tech—my pedicure was great, but the nails were a completely different story. I ended up with short, fat, stubby nails that look nothing like the shape or length I asked for. The shape isn’t consistent, the length is off, and the design doesn’t match what I requested. I did try to speak up about my disappointment, but I was honestly so upset in the moment that I couldn’t fully express it. For a birthday set, I expected to leave feeling confident and happy, but instead I left disappointed. I’ve always had good experiences here, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m sharing this because I hope they take more care in listening to what clients actually want and delivering on it.
