The best part really is the boba pearls themselves. They have a noticeable caramelized sweetness that feels built into the pearl instead of just sitting on the surface. That gives each sip more depth because the flavor is coming from both the tea and the boba, not just the drink base. We usually get the honeydew milk without ube, any of the fruit teas, or cookies and cream. Extra boba, please! The texture is also a strong point. The pearls are soft but still have a light chew, so they do not feel mushy or undercooked. When they are fresh, they hold their structure well and make the drink feel more complete rather than just an add on. That combination of flavor and texture is what makes Sharetea stand out for people who pay attention to the details of boba. It turns a simple milk tea into something more satisfying and consistent, especially when the pearls are at their best.

I have been going to this Sharetea for 3 or 4 years now. The service is always excellent with their kind baristas and it’s such a welcoming environment! Even if there is a mishap they are quick to make it right! I had ordered a drink but it wasn’t what I was expecting and she immediately with a gentle smile asked if I’d like something different. I ended up getting the drink I wanted and something new to try free of charge so I’d say that’s a win-win situation :)

At Sharetea, I tried the Mango Creama and it was pretty good. The mango flavor was natural, not too sugary, and the creamy layer on top was smooth. The boba pearls were just the right amount of chewy. Overall, it's a nice place to grab a quick and tasty drink.

I came in and a woman in a hijab took my order but she wasn’t friendly at all, the customer service here is declining every time I visit. The drink tasted very watered down and the store looked a mess. I would rather take the time to drive to the Mansfield location than waste your money here. If it’s too far I recommend the Feng Cha across the street. That place has always been friendly to me, and their drinks are actually worth the money. I’m so disappointed to see this place go to shambles.
