She's Nails Spa

I’ve been going there for three years now. I used to love everything there, the place, the kindness, the nice job done. The last three times, it’s not been the same at all. Last three times, the job was done by men. I find I am not able to make them understand me. They don’t treat me with the same delicate manners as the ladies, and don’t take well my indications or suggestions. But today it has been my last day there. I asked for a pedi and to remove the gel (tap) in my hands.I had to repeat three times I didn’t like the square shape he was doing, I finally took the nail file and did it myself. Also the massage was hurting more than relaxing, and I’m taking a picture so you see “how well” my gel was removed…

Went with my friend for pedicures and for a busy day they sat us right away and my toes came out okay, didn’t go to get anything special but after some convincing I said yes to painting my nails just regular polish, cause who doesn’t want their toes and nails to match?! Well, it did not last a day before the paint chipped off. I did not wash dishes or anything else that would cause the paint to lift, just a normal day. $15 just out the window honestly.. Saturday to Monday my paint has just been chipping away slowly, that’s just disappointing.

Great service, very kind, comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful. I changed my nail plans as I learned and saw other nails. They were very accommodating. Got the color I wanted and time to relax.

Walked in for a gel manicure today. This place was gorgeous + clean and the staff were outstanding. They did a great job and got me in and out quickly. Very sweet and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Just visiting San Antonio but was desiring a pedicure badly. Gave this place a try. The staff is friendly, respectful and talented. No monkey business. Got the basic pedicure and I’m very happy. Offered me a bottle of water and the chairs are very nice. The decor is clean and fresh. They take extra precautions due to COVID and if I lived here, this would be my place!
