I went into Shreve & Co. today to buy my first “big boy” watch, and the experience was great. I was given space to look around comfortably before being helped, which I really appreciated. Once I was assisted by Zaida, she made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming from start to finish. I originally went in looking for a Tudor Black Bay 58, but Zaida was incredibly patient as I tried on multiple watches and changed my mind a couple of times throughout the process. She answered every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely helped me find the watch that felt right for me. I ended up purchasing a Tudor Black Bay 41mm, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Even though I live almost two hours away, I’ll definitely be back in the future. Maybe a Rolex next time who knows lol. But for now, I’m just grateful that my first luxury watch purchase felt exciting instead of intimidating. Great experience all around.

I was looking for an IWC Perpetual Calendar so I called Shreve & Co. in Palo Alto and spoke to Yuvi. He gave me a same-day appointment and walked me through various models . Yuvi was great, very knowledgeable, and answered my tons of questions. He also didn't pressure me into buying anything. Experience overall was wonderful. Pleasant and painless. Yuvi was also very patient as it took me the better part of an hour to decide which watch to get. I bought the Perpetual Calendar Top Gun Lake Tahoe and love it! Would highly recommend Yuvi.
