Silky Nails

I love my fun set! Since I stepped foot in the salon Nina was very hands on through the whole process. I’ve been coming here regularly because of the amazing service they always give me!

Genuinely bad service some girl was doing my design first and it was not good so i let her know i did not like it and she got another older lady involved and she did even worse, and was even yanking on my hands. Had to leave midway because it was genuinely atrocious and i still had to pay $117 … i attached the reference … ive gotten my nails done here before and its been amazing but this was a ridiculous experience. they said “she can fix it” but why would i want some lady who’s yanking on my hands to fix it. asked her to do ombré so she dotted some white polish on with a sponge so it looked just like a blob, actually ridiculous experience if i could give zero or negative stars i genuinely would update: went somewhere else to get it fixed and it looks amazing (see last 2 pics). i was willing to pay for them because im not an asshole like some of the people working there, but at NO point was i offered any deduction for what occurred: let me make it VERY clear: i went up to the register and the girl said “it’s going to be 117 actually not the 90 you were told”. The pedicure (aside from the star) was actually very good! so compliments to the man who did the pedicure. everything else was absolutely horrible. second place i went to get the nails fixed was appalled by the work done here.

Service: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service was great! They were able to take me as a walk-in and I was in and out in about an hour for a pedicure and gel X full set. Nail Techs: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got the deluxe pedicure with gel polish and Vincent was my nail tech. He was amazing. He was done with my pedicure before my nails were done, and continued to massage my feet and legs until the entire service was complete. Jenny was my nail tech for my nails and well she was awesome! My nails look exactly like the reference photo. Literally, I am so in love with my nails, I have gotten compliments on them already. Price: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pedicure was $60 and my nails were $85 Great pricing compared to other salons, especially in Dallas. Cleanliness: ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The establishment was very clean too! They have new packaged tools that they use for each customer that they unpackaged at their stations in front of you. Thought that was nice!

I’m a pedicure type of girl so I only get pedicures here and my eyebrows waxed. They are amazing and get my toes right every time. I noticed that with an eyebrow wax if the lady who does the wax isn’t busy or rushing she takes her time and gets them right. If she’s busy or rushing it’s not as good as she normally does. The shape is still there it’s more on the missing a couple visible hairs that’s my issue. And she leaves a little bit of wax on the skin. I added a picture of the services and prices.

Love getting my nails & toes done here. Very friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend and will continue to come back.
