We drove all the way across town(we are also not from the area so we have to pick and choose shops based on time) I intended to buy some turquoise in there and the woman who worked there was very rude about the cost. The price was not bad at all and if I had been told in a nice way or in a way that did not make me feel unwelcome I would have purchased. I will not return nor would I recommend it. We purchased from the bead store a few doors down and they were very friendly.

I shop exclusively here and I have had an excellent experience each time! The chains I get are high quality and have never tarnished. The girls in the office are so sweet and willing to help! I wish I could gatekeep them but they are who I recommend to all my friends in the jewelry business!

However, when I went back the next day, the employees informed me this was incorrect. Signs around the store clearly stated “no refunds,” and I was told their system isn’t even set up to process refunds. This struck me as odd—how can a store not have a basic function like processing refunds? It felt very sketchy. They offered me a trade instead, and I ended up purchasing a necklace that cost $30 more than my original items. A month later, I noticed I had been accidentally charged twice for that transaction. When I returned to address it, the staff admitted they knew about the double charge but had made no effort to contact me or fix it. This seemed like a ploy to keep my money and pressure me into spending even more. When I asked for a refund, the owner initially suggested I just pick something else from the store. Only after I refused did an employee finally give me $30 in cash from the register. While their products seem fine, their business practices feel dishonest and manipulative. The lack of transparency, misleading refund policy, and inability to process basic refunds left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this store. Proceed with caution. Your return policy is fine, provided that no one says anything misleading to customers. However, I believe additional training for your team could prevent future misunderstandings. You said you don't do anything with it so I accepted. During my second visit, no one asked for my contact information, and I did not refuse to provide it—that statement is untrue. Today, when I visited the store, I had my receipts, the necklace, and my bank account history ready as proof. While I was pulling these out, you stopped me and said it was unnecessary because you remembered me and knew about the double charge. There are several inaccuracies in how this situation was represented, and I feel it’s important to address them directly. Please stop misrepresenting the facts. I respect your return policy, but when you charged me twice and knew you did, it was your responsibility to make an effort to locate the contact information I provided during my first purchase. As you mentioned, you realized this issue the next day, but no action was taken. I don't think you even tried. Additionally, the explanation about the $30 refund not being able to process after seven days doesn’t make sense. I returned the next day after my first purchase, and you acknowledged your machine is incapable of processing a refund at all, so this reasoning doesn’t add up.

Baffled, I cannot believe the treatment I received BEFORE even walking into the establishment. On a cold day; me and some friends wanted to get some jewelry (We shop here often). As we were walking up to the door, we were IMMEDIATELY denied entry. No eye contact, laughing at us as we tried to reach for the handle. As the awkwardness grew a women waved one finger at us, still no entry. We were confused as on why we weren’t allowed in, even offering to take off our coats in order to go in (the first thing we thought of, giving them them the benefit of the doubt), still nothing but a laugh out of the women and her employees. We walked away fully embarrassed. Do not support this company if you are Hispanic or black. Distasteful. Zero stars.
