Clothes are overpriced for the low quality, and staff are incompetent to the max. What should have been a simple issue has dragged on for months. One pair of jeans that I paid around $200 and used it twice, came off the button and after bringing for repair, and after months of wait, could not be repaired due to the specific button material. After almost 4 months of wait, the store manager promised to replace it and provide a second pair as compensation for all the inconvenience. The day before my visit, I received a phone call confirming that the replacement had arrived and was ready for pickup. I made the trip to the store, only to find that the staff had no idea about the arrangement. Instead of receiving the items I had been promised, I was treated as though I was trying to take two pairs of pants without authorization. I left the store empty-handed yet again. The most frustrating part wasn’t even paying almost $200 for a pair of jeans that the button came off after using it twice, it was the complete lack of communication between management and staff, the incompetence, the wasted time and money, because for months I wasn’t even able to use my jeans for more than twice, and the feeling that I had to repeatedly prove promises made by the company’s own employees. I’ve also reached out by email and received no response twice. I expected much better customer service, and much better quality for the price I have paid. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly wasting a customer’s time and failing to communicate internally is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in this brand’s customer service. Never stepping in this store ever again. And the replacement pair did not even properly fit, because their items do not follow a standard size form. Summary: I lost $200. Cannot use any of the pants because one doesn’t have the button, the second is too big. If I want to fix it, I will need to spend more money. The good part is that this is not happening ever again.

A unique boutique with stunning styles. I feel inspired every time I come here. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Such a treasure in a downtown Seattle area. I love supporting small women-owned businesses like this.
