Simply Pho House Mckinney

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful dining experience my husband and I recently enjoyed at your establishment. While seeking dinner options, we spontaneously decided to try Simple Pho and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Although the space is modest in size, it is exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and promptly escorted to our table. Our server, Cuong P, introduced herself and attended to us with great professionalism and attentiveness throughout the evening. Unsure of what to expect, we opted to order several appetizers, followed by the salt & pepper shrimp and the rib eye pho. Every dish we sampled was simply delicious, showcasing excellent quality, beautiful presentation, and truly exquisite flavors. The only minor drawback was that the edamame was slightly overcooked, resulting in a less firm texture, although the chili garlic flavor was delightful. Despite this small imperfection, we can confidently say that Simple Pho has become one of our favorite dining spots in the area. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their exceptional service and care. love this place, have eaten here many many times over several years. My favorite things on the menu are 1) vermicelli noodles with any protein and extra cilantro/basil, 2) their brisket & meatball pho, and 3) any of their curry dishes. My hubs favorite (which I love too) is the Thai basil with chicken and tofu. Their coffees are yummy but all have caffeine so only my hubs can have them. Service is always great. Pricing is very reasonable, serving sizes are generous, and food comes out pretty fast. Will definitely be back again and again <3

Had a mid week lunch. Came in about 11:30. A few people already there. It’s not a very big place and the space is divided down the middle. Location is off 380 in the shopping center in front of the Costco. It does get busy in this area. I had the house egg rolls that came with a nice dipping sauce. Very tasty. Only minor complaint is they are small. Entree was the Pho Rib Eyes and Meatball. It’s my go to Pho choice. Good size portion with a very tasty broth. Plenty of rib eye and meatballs. The meatballs were some of the best I had in a pho. Service was good and the staff was very friendly. Food came out hot and in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken fried rice to go and ate it the following day. Again it was a nice portion and was delicious. Really enjoyed my meal here and it’s climbed to one of my favorite pho options in the area. They also have a lot of other options besides pho. Prices are fair as well. Give it a try.

Stopped by this restaurant after a Costco run last night. We had Salt & Pepper Calamari, Pho combination, Shaken beef rice plate and Wok on fire flat noodles. The seasoning was rich and flavorful, and the beef was incredibly tender and tasty. Definitely coming back to try more dishes!

I wasn’t feeling well and wanted something to make me feel better. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. We were immediately greeted and seated. Staff was very attentive and so polite. Made us feel very welcomed. The food was delicious and made tomorrow order. Very fresh. We order the crispy egg rolls with fish sauce and shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. My favorite. My husband got the bahn mi and I got the combination pho. Absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back!
