The people at this place are absolute sweethearts and they were very welcoming I got two piercings from them on which was completely fine but the other was my septum. I have had my septum previously pierced and had no issues. But when they were trying to do it here they stuck the needle through my nose twice and finally managed to get it the third time around. I thought maybe it was an issue due to my previous piercing and there being existing scare tissue but they ended up piercing through my cartilage instead of my sweet spot like a septum is supposed to be done. They were very nice the whole time and I should’ve stopped the service after the second time of it not working out but i hoping for the best. I had to get my piercing taken out at another shop the next day because of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. The placement felt completely off and it kept shifting up and the shop i went to confirmed it was definitely not done correctly and they had not seen such a bad septum piercing before. I usually do not leave bad reviews and especially with people who are super sweet but i want to try and prevent this from happening to someone else because it was definitely a very painful experience.

I’ve been coming to Sammie for 7 years and counting! I absolutely love her work and customer service. I highly recommend her, she is the only one that I would ever let touch my eyebrows and perform facials. 10/10. Stop by and see her!!! I guarantee YOU will not be disappointed.

I got an eyebrow wax and ended up with either a burn or wound due to repeated wax in the same spot. The woman doing the service was nice and greeted when I walked in but when I asked for an eyebrow wax she tried to tell me to do threading instead. I assume now she's more skilled in threading and not so much with waxing. She kept using the same wax stick to clean up certain spots on my eyebrows with the wax almost fully cooled down and didnt seem to do much but pull at my skin. After the wax was done she even still wanted to clean up with thread and pinched me a bit so that may have been the issue.

Nabina is truly the best when it comes to eyebrow threading. I’ve been going to her for over six years, and I can confidently say no one compares. There was a time when she wasn’t at her usual location, and I was so disappointed because I knew no one else could achieve the same level of precision and care. During that period, I tried other places closer to home, but it was always hit or miss, mostly miss. When I found out Nabina was back, I couldn’t have been happier. I didn’t think twice about driving an hour to see her because I knew my eyebrows would be in expert hands. Now, no matter where Nabina goes, I will follow. Her attention to detail, skill, and ability to make every client feel valued are unmatched.
