These movers deserve 10 stars. The scheduling, customer service, efficiency, care of furniture, flexibility with changing our plans last minute were all excellent and exceptional. They even drove across the city to take my couches to my aunt and removed her old ones before going to the junk yard. They kindly offered to even place her pillows nicely on top. They allowed for a last minute detour to my kid’s school to drop off 15 large plants we wanted to donate with no problem. We were so impressed the first time we used them to move items to storage that we actually used them a second time to junk other items a few weeks later. The crew moved items I thought were impossible to get through doors. They were fast too! I will never use another moving company as long as they are around:). Highly recommended. And the pricing was the best!

I honestly didn’t expect moving day to go this smoothly. The crew showed up early, got right to work, and somehow managed to keep things calm and organized the entire time. They treated my stuff like it was their own—no scratches, no broken glass, nothing. What really stood out was how friendly and down-to-earth they were; it felt like I had friends helping me move instead of strangers. The price was fair, the communication was clear, and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

The two movers showed up on time at 7:00am I showed them my studio and the garage stuff and they went into action I had stuff that was loose and they brought tall boxes with them to handle all of the loose things very efficient they had everything loaded in there truck in 1.5 hours. The move was from SF to Nice, CA which is anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours as soon as they arrived at my new location they didn’t waist anytime and had everything unloaded and put in the proper places and was finished in a hour. We booked two movers from this company. They sent two most inexperienced movers I’ve ever seen. They damaged several expensive furniture pieces. When complained, they asked me to take pictures and send them, but never responded even after a few follow ups.
