The employees here have always been friendly and I've had no major issues. It's a dentist and they clean my teeth. My latest visit had a new hygienist and dentist, both of which I liked. I do feel they sometimes encouraged spending more money than strictly necessary. The previous dentist found cavities in my teeth more often than other dentists I've been to over the years. It's entirely possible I did need fillings, but it felt a little too frequent and my insurance actually said they couldn't bill me for one because they'd just claimed they filled the same tooth 12 months prior. I had to reach out to the office multiple times to get the charge removed from my account. Additionally, when I wanted a new retainer, my only option was to buy 4 (for ~$400), when I only wanted one. I hope to not feel like I'm overpaying going forward.

Dr. Ettehadieh and her team were awesome. Accommodating, professional, friendly, and super thorough. They took the time to explain each step of the process, and were excellent communicators. The entire process was seamless, from booking an appointment to payment. Highly recommended!
