He is incredibly thorough, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. What I appreciate most is that he never over-treats, he takes a thoughtful, conservative approach and always does what’s best for you. You can feel the care the moment you walk in. Every member of his team treats you like family, making each visit comfortable and stress-free. I trust him so much that I also take my kids to him, and knowing they’re in such caring, capable hands gives me complete peace of mind. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and his amazing team.

Chef’s kiss to Smiles Dentistry. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The receptionist, Anna, was incredibly proactive and went above and beyond with such a great attitude. It really set the tone. Fay, the hygienist, gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. She did not just clean my teeth. She took the time to educate me on the right kind of floss to use and explained the anatomy of my teeth so clearly. I really appreciated that level of education, care, and communication. Dr. Shane was extremely thorough and actually caught an issue that has been bothering me for a long time. No other dentist had ever pointed it out, so I assumed it was something I just had to live with. When he asked if it bothered me and I said yes, he immediately reassured me and said, “We are going to fix that.” That meant a lot. Amazing staff all around. I would absolutely 100% recommend this place!

Dr. Patel and his team were an absolute delight to work with and have officially become my go-to dental office. From the front desk staff to Dr. Patel himself, the experience was exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly diligent and resourceful in helping me find an appointment that fit my unforgiving schedule. The hygienist was thorough, informative, and took the time to explain how my teeth were doing and what I could improve on, which I really appreciated. As for Dr. Patel, I thought my previous dentist was excellent, but Dr. Patel completely redefined my expectations. He was not only gentle but also incredibly efficient and accommodating. When I shared my nervousness about the anesthesia for some fillings, he was so comforting and put me at ease throughout the process. Overall, I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Patel’s practice and can honestly say I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Dr Shane Patel and his entire staff made my experience there a very pleasant one. They are all impressive in the way they provide dental care.
