Smile Zone Family Dental

I had a really disappointing experience at Smile Zone Family Dental. I went there for Invisalign, but it didn’t fix my teeth. Instead, it felt like the Invisalign process actually caused some bad cutting on my teeth that I wasn’t expecting. The results just didn’t come out right for me. I ended up with an overbite, and the issues I originally went in for were never improved but worsened. I felt like none of the concerns I explained were actually addressed, even after bringing them up multiple times. On top of that, communication felt rushed, and I left each visit feeling confused and frustrated about what was being done. Overall, it felt like the whole process didn’t accomplish anything I asked for. I wouldn’t return based on my experience, and I hope they take more time to listen to and help future patients.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Family Smile Zone Dental. This place completely messed up my mouth and then refused to take responsibility for it. I went in trusting them to do professional dental work, and instead I walked out worse than when I arrived. The worst part is they knew they did a bad job. They told me they would fix the damage, made promises, and then never followed through. Once they got my money, that was it—no real help, no urgency, no care. Just excuses and being ignored. Now I’m left dealing with the pain, the stress, and the cost of having to find another dentist to fix what they ruined. This isn’t just bad service—it’s careless and unacceptable when it comes to people’s health. I feel completely ripped off and regret ever going here. If you care about your teeth, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Also, there was a lot of stuff I didn’t mention like the unfinished work they left on my lap and them being the sole reason why I had to spend a lot more money for procedures I really didn’t need. Smile zone family dental are crooks!! Stay Away!!

We had a very good experience with Smile Zone for tooth extraction, cleaning, and a root canal. Thank you to the team for the excellent care during those procedures. However, our experience with Invisalign was very disappointing. I did not want to proceed with Invisalign treatment, but I felt pressured into it. Unfortunately, despite going through the entire process, the issue remains unresolved and I am now suffering as a result. I hope this feedback helps the team reflect on the importance of patient consent and proper guidance, especially for long-term treatments like Invisalign.

My experience at Smile Zone Dental has been nothing less than excellent! The staff and dentists are very welcoming and they care a lot about their patients. My children and I had Priya Kumar as our orthodontic assistant who was committed and determined to fix our teeth and satisfy our needs. My son’s wisdom tooth removal with Dr.Fang went flawlessly and he recovered in a matter of a few days with the help of Milu Sinha’s advice and expertise. After working with her, I’ve seen a drastic change in my teeth, and I’m always happy to refer Milu Sinha and the dental care to friends in search of a dentist. Definitely recommend!
