Came in with semi-low expectations based on the reviews, but it’s really not bad at all. We enjoyed mostly everything we’ve had so far. Keep in mind that we air fried these at home (except the sconkies) so I think it gave these pastries a better chance than if you were to have them at the store. The lemon earl gray sconkie was sooo delicious. Dense, moist, and the earl gray flavor comes through nicely, however, the smores one was quite boring. Also this is a cross between a scone and a cookie so the texture is really spot on imo. I saw reviews noting it was dry but I did not think so considering what it is. For those who aren’t familiar, Korean garlic cream cheese bread tends to lean more sweet, which I don’t particularly like, but this one ended up being better than expected! Sausage panko roll was standard and yummy. The corn and sweet potato mochi breads are eerily similar to the ones you can get in frozen aisle at Hmart…they’re still good and have a nice texture but for $3.50 each, you literally may as well get the bagged version for $10 for 8-10 qty. Overall, would come here again to try a couple more things and I can appreciate the attempt at more unique flavor profiles. Yes, they are a little pricier than other Asian bakeries, but we have to remember that this isn’t a big chain like the other ones.

I had the chance to visit during Smoking Tiger's soft opening, and I already know this place is going to be a huge hit when they officially celebrate their grand opening on July 11. Let's start with the Cream Cheese Garlic Bread because it absolutely lives up to the hype. It was easily my favorite item of the day. The bread is light, soft, and fluffy with a generous cream cheese filling. It's slightly sweet, but the roasted garlic and savory flavors balance everything out perfectly, so every bite keeps you coming back for more. If you're only ordering one thing, make it this. The Chubby Basque Cheesecake completely won me over. I honestly don't know how they pulled off the texture so well. It's unbelievably creamy and smooth in the center while still having those perfectly dense, caramelized edges. It was rich without feeling too heavy and is easily one of the better Basque cheesecakes I've had. I also have to mention the Banana Milk Latte because it was such a pleasant surprise. I'm usually not a fan of banana-flavored drinks since they tend to taste artificial, but this one tasted like real banana. It was smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet. I would 100% order it again. The Kimchi Musubi Croissant was another favorite. The buttery, flaky croissant paired really well with the savory filling, and the kimchi added a nice kick. My only complaint? I wish the Spam was a little thicker... but that's just the big back in me talking. 😂 There were still so many breads and pastries I wanted to try, but they sold out of quite a few items during by the time I came. Oh music is too loud, hopefully they will adjust 😂 If you're planning to check them out for their grand opening on July 11, do yourself a favor and get there early. I have a feeling the lines will be long and the most popular items will sell out quickly. Can't wait to come back!

I thought smoking tiger was okay. The spam musubi i was excited for, but it found it to be greasy and the croissant had a chewy texture that didn’t help. I liked the ube bread the crumb topping was nice but it can be very dry. I wasn’t a huge fan of the everything salt bread it was overloaded with this cream cheese mixture that I didn’t expect. It would have been way better without the cream cheese. Service was very helpful and ample parking!

Okayyyyy tiger🐯Fun branding and what a vibe🔥Not the general type of pastry they make. Just let it surprise you. I had their kimchi croissant. It was goooood. Savory and crispy, it shatters when you bite. Not the doughy type which means they know what’s up. I heard their Matcha drink has put some thought making it. Gonna go back to try it soon.
