Snowbo had the most amazing atmosphere, service, and the dessert was great. Overall this was a great experience. Who I think was the owner, was the most genuine and kind person. Definitely coming back!

This was our first time in and I’m kicking myself that we just now found it. Such a fun place to visit! Delicious ice cream and exquisite coffee. We loved meeting the owners today too, such kind and welcoming people. This place is spotless and new. We loved hanging out on the back patio with our toddler. Full of new fun outdoor toys to play with! This is indefinitely going to be our new summer treat spot. Great clean changing table in the restroom too, which is always a plus!

I came across this place because I was craving something sweet. We were staying in Point Venture and drove an hr to visit this place, so my expectations were high. They had a lot of options such as a Taiwanese shaved ice, snow cones, boba, etc. I got the Matcha and Thai tea shaved ice with condensed milk, boba, and egg pudding. It was the best thing I have ever tasted and it was worth the hr drive. I highly recommend this place and the owner was super nice and very knowledgeable about the items on his menu. Definitely a great place to go back to.

What started as an occasional treat quickly turned into our family’s Sunday tradition, and every week we looked forward to enjoying a delicious dessert together with our kids. Everything about this place is amazing—the quality, the flavor, the freshness, and the outstanding customer service. Our favorite drinks are the Horchata Snow with boba, the Honeydew with boba and strawberries, and the Thai Tea with boba. They are all incredibly delicious, refreshing, and made with care. A special thank you to the owner, who is truly an exceptional host. He is kind, warm, welcoming, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. His genuine hospitality is one of the reasons we kept coming back. As our family prepares to leave Austin, Snowbo is one of the places we will miss the most. It holds so many sweet memories for us, and we will always remember our Sunday visits with great affection. This little shop became part of our family’s story in Austin, and for that we are incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious dessert, cool off on a warm day, and experience outstanding service, Snowbo is the perfect spot. Great experience! The staff were so nice and helpful, and the ice cream was really yummy. My son and I had fun playing the patio games while we enjoyed our treats. Such a cute spot! we’ll definitely be back!
