SoDo Nails And Lash Bar

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. The customer service is consistently disappointing. Every time I politely ask for something to be fixed or for my toes to be cleaned up a little better, I’m met with attitude instead of professionalism. When you’re paying around $100 for a service, you should expect quality work and respectful treatment. To make matters worse, they charge extra just to remove old polish. Even after all that, the pedicure wasn’t well done, and I left unhappy with how my nails looked. On top of everything else, the atmosphere is just unpleasant. The vibe feels cold and unwelcoming, which makes the experience even worse. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. I would recommend looking for another salon where customers are treated with kindness and the service reflects the price.

I absolutely love this nail salon!! I've never had a bad experience here. I've been coming with my mom for quite some time, and both the customer service and nail services have always been wonderful. The prices are really reasonable, and my mom and I always leave loving our nails. I especially recommend Ann and Diana for their fabulous nail designs!! We truly adore them. If this salon is nearby, I highly recommend giving it a try!!

I can’t recommend them for structured gel. Came here in a pinch because my tech was on vacation and my manicure lasted less than 2 weeks. I came in 7/3 and already have a chip and lots of lifting at the tip of my nails. With my normal tech I have great retention and can go almost 5 weeks before I get lifting. She said she made them thinner to help with lifting but it had the opposite effect. They are also pretty pricey. I got a simple design on 4 out of 10 nails, total was over $100 and didn’t even last 2 weeks… can’t justify it sorry. UPDATING SINCE THE BUSINESS REPLIED TO MY REVIEW: It is NOT normal to get chips after less than 2 weeks with structured gel. Why would I reach out so you can charge me to repair the chip? My review is accurate to my experience. I hate when business’s reply that your review isn’t reflective of their service just because you had bad quality work. Do better next time, don’t ask me to come back in so you can fix what should’ve been done right to begin with. I’m just letting others know so they have realistic expectations.

Ever since I was referred here by a work friend I stopped looking for my home for nails. The professionals here are friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. Special shout out to Thi and Kayleigh. My girls are amazing. Especially K. She’s phenomenal at designs
