I had been searching for a long time for a brow specialist I could fully trust—someone who would enhance my features while keeping everything looking natural—and Michelle exceeded every expectation. What sets her apart is the care and precision she brings to her craft. She took the time to carefully measure and study my face shape and structure, thoughtfully designing a brow shape that genuinely complements me. Nothing felt rushed or routine. She walked me through every step, checked each line to make sure I loved it, and gave me the space to share my thoughts without ever feeling pressured. Michelle is an amazing nano brows artist! I initially felt nervous as this was my first tattoo ever, but I felt so well cared for throughout the whole process. Michelle set expectations for the pain level (which was minimal) and tattooing process, and made sure I understood the aftercare and how the ink would fade over time. She was so thorough with mapping the shape of the brows I wanted. Michelle really took her time to make sure I loved my new brows. They look so natural, and I am so happy with the results. Michelle’s experience really shows. So worth it!

I know Michelle does brows (which all looks amazing!!) but this review is specifically for her fine line tattoo work. I had been following Michelle's work for a few years and I knew I wanted my next tattoo to be with her, and it happened to be August of this year! I was inspired by her story and her artistry - and I really wanted to have a piece of her work on my body permanently. I'm so glad things worked out and I was able to get my second one with her. I just enjoyed my experience so much and you can tell she puts in so much care into her art pieces. Michelle, you're awesome and I hope more people get to experience your talent!! I can't wait to get another art piece from you.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Soft Ink Society, and I can confidently say it was one of the best brow experiences I’ve ever had! To give some context, I had a very poor experience with my previous brow artist, which led to multiple expensive laser removals. After years of waiting to be the right candidate for a new brow artist, I’m beyond thrilled I saved up all this time for Michelle. From the moment I walked in, Michelle made me feel completely at ease. Our 4-hour session was never rushed or pressured—she took her time to thoroughly review my inspiration pictures and spent plenty of time brow-mapping to ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly detailed and thoughtful throughout, walking me through each part of the process and making sure I was 100% happy with every step before proceeding. The entire session was so relaxing that at one point, I actually almost fell asleep! I genuinely appreciated the calm and comfortable environment Michelle created. I’m already looking forward to my touch-up appointment and will absolutely be recommending her to all of my friends and family. If you're considering getting your brows done, Michelle is the artist you need!

Michelle was super friendly and knowledgeable! She was very attentive to how I wanted my brows to look and even considered how I normally do my makeup during the brow consultation.
