After working nonstop for the past few days, I finally decided it was time to take a break and give myself a little pampering. I came to this spa hoping to relax, recharge, and temporarily forget about my never-ending to-do list. 😅 Sometimes, you just need to step away from the daily grind and let yourself enjoy a little peace and quiet. The atmosphere felt suited for that kind of visit, giving me a chance to slow down and focus on myself for a change. I was interested in the different treatments they offered, including relaxing massages and facial services. A good massage is always a welcome treat when you've been spending too much time working and barely making room for rest. The facial treatments were also appealing, especially for anyone looking to refresh their skin and enjoy a little extra self-care. I liked the idea of having different services available depending on what you need that day, whether it's relieving tension, refreshing your complexion, or simply enjoying some well-deserved downtime. 💆‍♀️✨ There's something nice about putting your phone aside for a while and not having to think about work emails or deadlines. It was a worthwhile way to set aside some time for myself after such a busy stretch. Self-care can sometimes feel like another task on an already long list, but taking a break like this is a good reminder that rest deserves a place in the schedule, too. 😂 I'd consider coming back whenever life starts feeling a little too hectic and I need a chance to recharge. Between massages, facials, and the opportunity to enjoy a calmer environment, a spa visit can be a lovely way to give yourself the reset you've been needing. 😊

I recently had a Morpheus8 treatment at SOHO Wellness and Med Spa with Betul, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with both the experience and the way my concerns were handled afterward. Before and during the procedure, I specifically emphasized several times that I did not want the treatment performed at low settings. I had previously experienced an ineffective RF microneedling treatment elsewhere and wanted to avoid repeating that experience. I’ve also had three successful RF microneedling treatments in the past, so I’m familiar with the procedure and recovery process. After those treatments, I experienced noticeable redness, swelling, tiny puncture marks, and some scabbing over the following days, followed by visible long-term improvements. This time my face returned completely to normal within just a few hours, with no signs of having undergone a procedure. While I understand that recovery varies and visible downtime does not necessarily determine effectiveness, the difference from my previous experiences was significant enough to make me question whether the treatment was performed at an effective intensity. As well as I was told by the person performing the procedure that my face will get worse over next few days. The spa contacted me the following day to ask how I was doing. I explained my disappointment in detail. They initially responded and offered an in-person follow-up appointment. I explained that I was happy to discuss the situation over the phone and could provide photographs documenting my recovery. Unfortunately, I never received another response. For a treatment that requires a significant financial investment, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer service, especially when a patient raises legitimate concerns.

Me and my BF did a couples massage with Rebecca and Tonya and it was incredible. I’m a marathon runner and he has a lot of shoulder problems. I left with no more soreness and he left with shoulder range of motion he’s not had in years. We had the best experience here with the people and the location. Everything was clean and organized and we will be back!

I had a facial with Meaghan S. and a massage with Meganne C. Both services were probably the BEST I’ve ever received!!! Both providers were so kind and welcoming. The facial has my skin looking amazing and the massage felt amazing. The receptionist team was also very nice! I LOVED my time here!

I went in because I’m getting married soon and was nervous about looking good in all the wedding pictures. I told the staff I wanted something very natural and undetectable — I’m a straight guy and didn’t want anyone to notice. Danielle did my filler (Juvederm Voluma in the cheeks) and the Brotox (Botox in my glabella and forehead). She listened carefully, recommended a conservative approach, and was great at explaining everything. I was worried after the first few days because of some swelling, but everything settled perfectly. My face now just looks refreshed, sharper, and younger — like I’ve been sleeping well and taking care of myself. No one can tell I had work done, and I feel confident for the wedding photos. Danielle and the whole team were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you want subtle, natural results!
