Rome is a true artist! Her skills are top notch and her cute little space is very clean and welcoming. On top of being skillful at her craft, she's also a very kind and warm person. I have been to her three times so far and every time she has greeted me with a warm smile and treated me with courtesy and kindness. For those who are not familiar, she does Russian mani and pedi which is a dry version without pre-soaking. I've included photos to showcase her amazing work.

This is my second time getting my nails done with Rome, and I love her work! My nails turned out so cute. She is very professional and patient. Not only does she pay close attention to detail, but she also provides helpful tips and free lessons on how to properly do nail art if I want to do it myself. I always enjoy my time with her and would definitely recommend her. Sometimes people are quick to judge and leave negative comments. Come on—give her a chance, too! She runs her nail salon by herself, and she works hard to provide great service to her clients.

Rome is the best!! I am still so blown away at her beautiful work. She was meticulous and intentional with each step of my Gel X manicure. I can’t recommend her enough!! A true gem in the salon service industry.

Unprofessional owner/service provider. 1st appointment was cancelled last minute on the day of the appointment. We rescheduled and when I arrived, 15 mins before my scheduled appointment, I was asked to come back at 4:30 due to her being behind schedule and still had a client in her salon. That’s 45 mins I have to sit around and do nothing. I think anyone would be slightly annoyed. That’s normal. I asked the owner if she could please lmk ahead of time if she has any delays in the future (a reasonable request). She then decided to send me a msg saying she felt uncomfortable and needed to cancel/refuse services simply because I asked her to communicate any foreseen delays in the future. Completely ridiculous. Time is money, people have things to do and schedules to follow same as you. I’m sure you’d be upset if a client told you they were going to be 30 mins late. I doubt you’d be understanding and agree to continue their service. Delays are understandable in the beauty service world but you are a professional and should communicate with your clients if you already know you are behind and or plan to cancel. Anyways I’m sure her work is good but I would not recommend going here to anyone due to the owners attitude to her customers. She clearly doesn’t care about your wasted time or money.
