I walked in and was greeted by a man whom I told I wanted a pedicure and a basic manicure without shellac as I cant have it with the job I'm working this week. He sat me down and I waited 20 min before he even ran water for my feet to soak. Then I was sent a lady that didnt seem like she even wanted to be there and it seemed like it pissed her off with the packsge I chose. She acted in a rush to do my pedicure and cut my toe nails different lengths. I was tired. I just worked a 13hr day. I didn't have the time or the patience to even get them done again. When she was done, I sat there after for a few minutes with no one acknowledging me (the lady who did my pedicure done took her little cart and walked to the back. So i waved the fuy at the front down and said where do I need to go for my manicure. He acted surprised like it was my first time mentioning it. He said oh the same lady can do it for you. So I sat a nail station and she came back. She started cutting my nails with these large clippers that hurt my nail beds bc would try to cut the whole nail across in one snip. It would flatten the whole nail each time and my nails are perfectly arched so it pulled the nails away from the nail bed. I told her that hurt after I've done jumped 4 times and yet she tried to do it again after with another nail. She got up with a little hop to her step and brought a cold bowl of water to soak my hands...(this bowl is normally warm). She didn't very little filing and never used the buffing cream or nail machine. She just used a square buffer file. I was done within 13 min. I went to go check out and I told the guy at the front that my nails were half ass done. He said no they look good. I said she didn't even cut the cuticles down or get the dead skin off the side of my nails and they are uneven still. (I have two nails that were torn up and thats the reason I even tried to get this manicure). They just look terrible. (Refer to the photo) He kept trying to say they looked good and she did her job. I said well im not tipping on this. My feet were a 7 on a 10 point scale so I gave her a small tip for that. But I think Im done with this location. They used to be great but now I have had an issue 3xs in a row with them.

My first time getting my nails done and these ladies are literally so hospitable and amazing. They are all so nice and did such an amazing job on me and my friends nails. Will definitely be returning! 💗 (leopard print is my friends which cost $60 and mind with brown & teal French tip cost $55)

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I came in today to get my nails and a pedicure done for graduation, as always my toes I get them square French tips and they come out amazing but my nails it’s always something. Last time I got French cat eye, lady was so nice but this time I got a guy, my nails came out crooked, French tips not even, 2 bloody fingers. To make matters worse they were charging me $70 for a REFILL SET when a month ago I had gotten that set for $68, I’m guessing the owners there were discussing about it in another language but they all seemed to be arguing and saying some rude stuff. Ended up giving a $5 off the set but that’s nothing because that’s not what I wanted in the first place.
