Spa Atlantis

Recently my my wife and I experienced a couples massage at Atlantis Spa while vacationing in NOLA. The Massage treatment and both therapist- Brandon /Ashley were amazing. We were both so very impressed with the facility- waiting area-changing rooms - bathrooms and massage area were all clean, comfortable and inviting. The only reason I can’t give them a 5 star review is because I was charged twice for one couples massage. $140 for me and $140 for my wife. I even tipped each masseuse based on the total amount but did not realize the overcharge until review of my AMEX statement! Unfortunately, I had called other Spa in the area that were charging $70 each for couples but Atlantis Spa was closer to our hotel. I will continue to contact them for an adjustment, but be alert and aware of prices and errors. BC

I booked a nice day for my mom, head to glow and feet treatment but I arrive and they tell me my day was actually for the day before, Saturday. I was really confused and showed that my account says that it was for today but Marisa, the receptionist said that there’s nothing she can do and it says that on their side. I asked for a manager she said she is one but she can’t do anything to help? I saw other reviews about the booking problems and I’m confused why this hasn’t been fixed yet. I was really looking forward to this it’s my mom’s first time getting a spa day and I was hoping she could have a nice relaxing day. it’s really disappointing when the Maneger can’t do anything at all. She said they were booked all day so I can’t even fix it and somehow get today still. There was no one in the place and it’s 11 am so I don’t understand that either. There was absolutely nothing that could be done? She made me feel like im in the wrong even though i showed proof it was for today

The massage chairs were a bit outdated and not as comfortable as the ones I'm used to at Massage Envy. However, my husband and I had a couples massage, and Brandon and Angela did an amazing job. They were professional, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. The lady at the reception desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, despite the chairs, the excellent service and massage therapists made for a great experience.

I booked a massage with Helen. Best massage I've ever received. She is very talented. Everyone was friendly and facility was clean. I booked my next appointment within 5 minutes of leaving. You will not be disappointed!

I LOVED it!! Everyone was extremely hospitable and kind. It was a nice relaxing stop before a busy wedding weekend. My stylist was amazing and was able to smooth out my extremely frizzy curly hair and it lasted all night. Definitely will be visiting again! 🖤🖤🖤
