Sport Clips Haircuts of Mira Mesa

I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a haircut and the lady said to come sign in online and I told her I couldn't do it online so she said come in and sign in. I drove 30 min to this shop and signed into the computer and This other lady approached me and asked if I was there for myself and I said yes. She said she doesnt cut women's hair and this shop is mostly for men haircuts. And I asked her if the other lady cut women's hair and she said no and I thought that's very odd when I just spoke to the lady on the phone. The only reason the Asian lady agreed with her is because she is her manager. I asked Teresa if she learned how to cut women's hair in cosmetology school and she just looked at me.I told her I also didn't know sports clips were for men only. Teresa , the manager said they have one lady that does cut women's hair but she's not there until Thursday. She gave me her information on a card. I said thank you. And this guy walked up behind me and she told me to move so he can pay , I'm using a walker and can't move that fast and she waved her hand at me to move as I was grabbing the handles on my walker. I told the guy Im a little slow to moving . Teresa raised her voice at me again and I said I'm moving. Although I was fairly in line first and I wasn't done talking to her. She was rude for no reason. I tried taking a picture of the business license on the walland she started getting crazy and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was trying to get a picture of the business license . She got mad and told me I couldn't do that and threatened me to leave right now or else . I'm disabled and can't move fast and I already told her that. She yelled at me again. I was stuck because of the stress she was causing. I told her to stop harassing me . I was just trying to get the license number and it is public information that I'm allowed to get. She said no! And grabbed some papers off the wall. Started threatening me when I wasn't hurting her at all . I had to take my time taking steps so I don't fall and she called someone that acted like they were the police and he told her to put the phone on speaker. And she walked up to me from behind as I was trying to walk out. She said here he wants to talk to you and so I turned around and tried to hold the phone and she pulled it away from me. I also told her I can't here that well. I raised my voice so he can hear me and I told him I'm leaving and I'm not doing anything to her but getting a picture of the business license . He yelled at me and said if I don't leave he's going to come and arrest me. This is not the MVP experience I came for. I was at the door walking out with my walker and she came up behind me yelling and she was literally almost touching me . I told her to back off she's too close . She's about 6" close to me . Back up . You're in my space now. And I'm trying to get out safely without falling. I had to yell at her again because she continued to yell at me and wouldn't back off. She lied to whoever was on the phone so she can get her way. Very unprofessional and full of hate and discrimination . I did not do anything to her . I came for an MVP experience . It doesn't say sports clips is for men only.

Theresa was very attentive to what I wanted and my hair looks amazing. I think the fade could be blended a tad bit more but overall my fade and trim on top turned out great. Thanks Theresa!

First of all, last time the lady was so sweet and new lady also very friendly and nice, she said may extra cost for tangling hair to combing hair, it’s make sense that I forgot to combing hair my son, it was little tough hair but she didn’t took time to combing hair :) no extra cost.. then well done!! My husband as well. thank you very much 🥰🙏🏻💕

This is honestly embarrassing. Never going back. Same thing that happened to Sean below, happened to me. I requested a trim around my ear with a #2 and to blend in to length at my temples. I went on to explain how I have an odd, football shaped head so I need extra hair above my ears to even out the shape. Guy just #2's all the way up the side of my head....

They just opened. So I was the only one there, so I was in & out with an Awesome cut
