Sprouts Farmers Market

This is the best Sprouts location I've been to and by far my favorite store to shop at. The facility is always clean the produce is good and fresh and the sandwich bar and fresh prepared meals are excellent. Best of all they always have a lot of checkstands open and self-checkout which means I can quickly check out without having to waste all day in a long line like I have to at some other grocery stores. Speaking of self-checkout this location actually has machines that work and don't keep calling in attendance with error messages which again is frustrating and just waste a lot of your time. This is a true 5-star location best ever

I shop at Sprouts once- twice/week, and while I’ve had a few minor issues-mainly with pricing discrepancies, overall it has been a good experience up until today. I placed an Instacart pickup order that was scheduled to be ready at 3:15 PM. When I arrived at 3:25 PM, I learned that the order was only about halfway shopped and nowhere near ready for pickup. I went inside to ask about the delay and was told I could wait another 20 minutes if I wanted my order. Delays happen, but what was most frustrating was the attitude I encountered. The employee and manager Ashley were dismissive and unprofessional. I was told by Ashley that the pickup time essentially doesn't mean anything and that staffing levels determine when orders are actually completed. If that's the case, customers should not be given pickup windows that the store cannot meet. I walked out of the store at 3:35, which means that my order would have been ready closer to 4. Again, what bothered me most was not the delay itself—it was the complete lack of accountability and concern for the customer's time. I arranged my day around the scheduled pickup window. I also want to be clear that I am not leaving this review because I want a discount, a gift card, or anything for free. I am sharing this experience because customer service matters. Had someone simply sincerely apologized, not the fake I’m sorry that is common these days, I would’ve been fine. I’m a busy and exhausted Nurse and mom, I was looking forward to the little bit of help and in this case it backfired. Instead, I canceled my order and left, which was a big big waste of time and had to haul my 1 and 7 year old to Whole Foods right after.

I had a need for yummy 😋 sandwich sooo… I stopped in and got the Tuna on wheat toasted with all the fixings WOOOW !! it was perfect 🤩. Staff was friendly and courteous. Everything well organized and even some Marscaponi to add on some snacks. Coming back soon …

I came to this store New years eve because my mother lives 1 block away while I live above a Sprouts 2 miles North of this location. The store is small, very clean and the staff are really nice. I was lost looking for a Bullion base and couldn't find it. I heard a proffesional voice offering help and I declined. When I turned around though, I met a tall, handsome, well spoken man. I immediately took it back and asked for help and he knew exactly where it was at. OH MY GOD, he was the best experience I had shopping at Sprouts and I will fulfill my weekly shopping lists at this store solely though I live right above one. I dont think I needed the help, but wanted the help. To be around him was efficient, fast and polite. He was helping me and 2 other shoppers at the same time and helped all of us in one take🤯. My shopping experience changed when I turned around and seen "Jonathan" 😵‍💫😍🥰😘. I came for 1 and left with 13 items thanks to him. I EVEN BOUGHT IMMUNITY SHOTS THAT HE PROMOTED AT A MANAGER SPECIAL AT 99 CENTS SO I BOUGHT 4/5 OF THEM. His voice, his energy, his essential oil scent, his proffesionalism, and his smile. I will now shop my shopping list here at this location weekly. The parking is great, the store is small(efficient) and the staff are great. OH MY GOD Jonathan is JUST SO RIGHT FOR THAT STORE HE'S💪🏽,🤓, & 💨. Can I please have the management team acknowledge him and give these to him in behalf of myself "Rebecca".
