We have been with them for over 10 years as a company. Their service is excellent, and the people are friendly. When cases arise, they handle them promptly.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this insurance company. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, phones go unanswered, and emails and voicemails are rarely returned. When you do manage to reach someone, there seems to be little effort to actually help or resolve issues. Customer service feels disorganized and unresponsive, and it often comes across as though they simply don’t care about their clients. For something as important as insurance, reliable communication and support should be a basic expectation, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of responsiveness and overall poor customer service as well as a lack of accountability on their part.

Insurance isn't anyone's favorite topic right now. I know. But it is a fact of life. I've been a Stanley M Davis & Co client for several years. Periodically, Elizabeth checks to see if my bundle still makes sense. Each person has her own concerns. For me, I want stable, fair Homeowner's insurance, and competitive Automobile coverage, with an accompanying Umbrella policy. I want to make automatic payments. I am satisfied my needs are being met.
