Stephen was referred to me by a close friend when I decided to sell my first home in Westminster. This was not only the first home I had ever purchased, but a place I had always hoped to keep long-term and had put a lot of work into. Because of that, it was near and dear to my heart, and the decision to sell had been something I had wrestled over for over a year. A few challenges came up with HOA communications to the buyer, but Stephen was instrumental in helping navigate those issues and keep everything moving forward. I was unforuntately out of service right when this happened and by the time I got service to check back in the entire situation had been resolved and handled.
