Steve was extremely helpful throughout my process to purchase an investment property in San Antonio. I got to know him through an introduction via my friend. Since I was new to property investment, he kindly walked me through the current market overview and things I should look after. When I visited San Antonio, he spent an entire weekend with me to tour around the city and several properties. As many people know, housing market is extremely competitive but advise he gave me during the bidding process was reasonably aggressive and in less than 3 months from our initial contact we successfully closed a deal. Most importantly, he was able to find a new tenant in 4 days after the closing which was big relief since it was investment property.
