Wow, Ms. Stephanie at the office of Steve Yang, State Farm Insurance is absolutely wonderful! I was overwhelmed trying to shop for a reasonably priced auto and home insurance premium. I had a list of insurance agents to visit. The moment I met this young lady Ms. Stephanie, I knew I didn't have to shop further. Stephanie was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She did not try to rush me, but rather clearly explained options available to save me money. She made sure I have a printout of what is included in my policy. By her own admission, she treats customers as she will treat her family member. Yes it is 100% correct because I felt it, experienced it and can testify that it is true. KUDOS to Stephanie and kudos to Steve Yang's office for having such a wonderful employee. Thanks Stephanie for being so nice.

First of all, the people I have spoken with at Steve Yang’s State Farm Insurance Agency have been awesome! Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Stephanie and Vicki. Initially I called some other insurance agent looking for homeowners insurance and flood insurance in Fort Bend County Texas. He actually chuckled and informed me I wouldn’t be able to find any because all the insurance companies had stopped providing that coverage in the area. He said I was going to have a hard time finding any coverage and that was the end of the conversation. Thankfully I kept looking, and came across Steve Yang State Farm Insurance Agency. Even his website seemed warm and inviting! From the first hello with Vicki, to the final payment for the home, flood, and liability insurance with Stephanie, I felt that they actually cared about what I needed and were there to help me out. And yes, they succeeded in getting home insurance coverage for me! Stephanie was my agent, and she was on top of it. She was kind, patient, and highly efficient. Stephanie clearly explained the process of getting coverage in Fort Bend County. It IS possible. What it took is putting together a net of three different insurance sources: State Farm, TFPA, and FEMA. It seemed a bit daunting, but there was no need to worry. Stephanie handled it all. She gathered the information, filled out the necessary forms for each entity, and clearly explained the coverage provided by each one. What I thought was going to be a challenging task, ended up being incredibly easy! The most challenging part was finding the right insurance agency. Thankfully, I did. Did I mention that I highly recommend Steve Yang State Farm Insurance Agency? :) Never thought I’d be this excited about insurance!
