I have been a patient at Stone Glen Dental for probably close to 10 years now if not longer. My previous experiences there have been good and I've seen multiple of the doctors there including Dr. Xuan, Dr. Bui, Dr. Basta, Dr. Ma and many different dental hygienists. This review is in regard to Dr. Dinh. I have had several negative experiences with her and I think as a doctor, she should have more empathy and compassion for her patients. I've brought both of my parents to Stone Glen Dental and both times, we have had negative experiences with her. My personal experiences with her have been less than stellar but not as negative as I do not have significant dental problems that she needed to address. I usually try to see one of the other doctors but she was the only one available on the day that worked for us. I understand that both of my parents had significant dental issues and that is why we came to see her for help. But both times, it seems she just wanted to lecture and talk at you about how bad the dental problems were and if you did not want to do exactly what she wanted, she would not do anything to help you. She does not seem to listen to her patients and came off very judgmental. As a doctor, you should try your best to help the patient and work with them on the issue, not call them "stubborn" and make them feel bad about their dental problems. Not everyone has had the privilege of getting dental care throughout their lifetime. I hope she can work on having more empathy and compassion for her patients in the future. Update: After posting this review, the owner contacted me to discuss my concerns. He explained that he believed the recommendations met the standard of care but acknowledged that the communication could have been handled better. I appreciate that he took the time to call, although my experience with the communication and overall care on this visit remains unchanged. I will update the number of stars in consideration of past good experiences with the clinic.

I always feel like she cares about my dental health and takes the time to get to know me as a patient. It’s clear that the team values both comfort and quality care. The front desk staff is also fantastic. Appointment reminders, rescheduling, and answering my questions have all been effortless. Sometimes I even get quick responses via text! Dr. Dinh also referred me to one of trusted partners for my wisdom teeth surgery, and that experience was just as smooth. I genuinely appreciate having a dentist I trust, and I plan to keep coming back to Stone Glen for years to come. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares and a team that makes you feel welcome, I highly recommend Dr. Linda Dinh and Stone Glen!
