“A Local Gem Boutique” My husband and I went to Philadelphia for a college football game: OU vs TEMPLE and OU won!!!! (We live in Houston Texas). Anyway, I love, love, love shopping at Boutiques. Well ladies, we found a hidden gem: STS Boutique, located at 21 North 3rd Street, Philadelphia. Founder & Fashion Designer, Si Fan Zhao (Local Fashion Designer) was so helpful and humble. This boutique has clothing that are, “Unique, Sophisticated, Elegant, Classy, Beautifully Designed and Affordable. If you ever visit or live in Philadelphia, I highly recommend you drop by. (My only problem is that I lost her card. Wish I had the website for online ordering.)

Easily one of the best-kept secrets in Philadelphia. Impeccable taste, a serene shopping environment, and a truly unique selection. A 10/10 experience every time I walk through the door.

Amazing shop and designs. The fabrics are so soft and the designs are chic. I was trying on coats and Si Fan was helping me style the for my outfit and body. She’s so sweet and really helped me find the right coat too. Hope to see more of her designs next time!

So glad I stopped in this fantastic shop! The clothing, scarves, jewelry and bags are so unique and beautiful and the talented owner/designer couldn’t be more gracious. She helped me find the perfect dress.

Do not walk on by this boutique without checking out the treasure you’ll find inside. The designer and her own private label, Si Tan Zhao, brings unique designs, beautiful fabrics and creativity with one of a kind pieces. Her price points are comparable to any other designer clothing.
