They should listen more carefully to their customers. Some time, I took my car here to get my stucked parking break to replace. I explained it to them the problem and what needs to be done. They called me after few hours and told me it is not the break but communication module is the problem. They ordered the part over $1000 and replaced my working. module. Later they realized that was not the problem and break was the root cause. Then they called me and decided to replace the break. They realized their diagnosis was wrong in first place and decided not to charge me for labor of only parking brake replacement. I still paid for module and parking brake. If they would have listened, we would not have to go through this experience.

I have been going to this facility for several years. I am always pleased with my service. Juan makes sure I understand what services my car need at that time, and he quoted price for services do not change. I feel as though I'm in good hands. Thank you team for all the hard work.

I took my car here for a periodical maintenance today and they did impress me with their clear communication and professional service. They gave me an update and report (with photos) after every step, very transparent and authentic. They have earned my trust to become my new go-to place for car care. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Awesome place!! The gal at the front desk (Mellow) was incredibly kind and informative. The service was fast and they went above and beyond what I expected. The waiting area was clean, very comfortable seating and they even have a coffee bar and cold water. If you need an inspection done, I highly recommend you come here and talk with Mellow. Apologies if she spells her name differently. Top notch 👌🏻
