This shop is horrible. We bought a necklace from them in March and the attendant looked kind of shady when she put it in the box and bagged it. I asked to see it again and she said oh it’s no problem, I just was making sure the box was closed. We did not realize until we got back to Austin that the necklace was broken. Because we live in Austin, we were unable to bring it in right away, so I just got an opportunity this past weekend, the Fourth of July weekend. I took it into the store and the lady who owns the store accused me of breaking it myself When I also noticed that the earring had not been made correctly as well and informed her, she stated that we must’ve taken it apart and put it back together that way. I just looked at her in disbelief because why would we do that. She then said that they only have a warranty for color not if the jewelry breaks. That was not explained to us during the time that we were purchasing the product. I told her this is a horrible place and I would never shop here again. I can’t believe she is treating me this way when I have shopped with her before so many times. She stated I know not my problem and I said I will not shop here again. She said that’s OK that’s fine. Then she said we could still fix it for you, but it will cost you $25. While I was trying to ask her how that would work she walked away from me. All I know is they could send it to get it fixed for $25 but she did not take my name. She did not take my number. She walked away from me before I could even answer if I wanted them to fix it. She was very rude and disregarded me as a person and a customer. I suggest you shop here at your own apparel.

This place is a scam. I bought a silver chain and it changed color the first time, I went back to change it and the owner assured me that it was strange and that it was a good Brazilian product, few days later it changed to an ugly color and I am returning it, the owner asks me to exchange it I have to pay $10 more again. It's a hoax. They steal your money. Do not come here.

Silver bracelet tarnished and they made me pay five dollars to get more material. Silver was supposed to be sterling silver, which is supposed to be non-tarnishing. Told me I burned the entire bracelet!! Insane the only part that didn’t have an issue with color change was the part I “burned” I was making it into a forever bracelet! The jump ring was still perfect silver! This place is a scam!!!!

Both husband and wife owners were always loving, sweet, detail oriented in giving you descriptions of pieces, their warranty, etc. I've purchased so many pieces for myself, as gifts and my son bought his bride to be matching bracelets. I love this store/business and owners, hate to see them go but understand and prayers for blessed health and future. Looking forward to the online store soon.

They "claim" their products are gold plated when they in fact are Not. I purchased a "gold" necklace and bracelet from then one week ago and after a couple of days of wearing the jewelry my neck and wrist broke out severely. When I went back to the store I was told something was wrong with my skin. AND the the jewelry is NOT gold plated it is 18k gold filled... Whatever that means. My 2 items cost $98.00 for that cost I could have gotten a real necklace or bracelet. These people are scammers.
