Suong Truong Group: Allstate Insurance

Very irresponsible! A strange name appeared on my policy and they advised me to ignore that because my policy was about to expire. "No need to do anything" is what they said, but I made a direct call to Allstate. Allstate they removed the stranger from my policy immediately and refunded me almost $200!!!??? I don't know what really happened and why the agency was so irresponsible.

From the insurance policies and the customer service I've thus received, I can fully recommend Allstate's Suong Truong. I've called multiple insurance companies for auto insurance, including using TheZebra, to get quotes and Mrs. Truong offered me a quote that was a few times lower than than the next lowest quote. I was so happy with the quote that when I decided to get renter's insurance after moving, I made sure to call Mrs. Truong again and once again she was the lowest quote compared to the competition. Even if you're a person like me who likes to save money, Mrs. Truong goes above and beyond because she's a nice woman. Every time I've called, she has picked up and even when she's busy, she'll tell me that she'll give me a call back and she always does. She even managed to notice that after I moved, she needed to update the location of my auto insurance and told me the amount the policy will change by (it went down by a good amount, thankfully). Those are types of small things that goes a long way to make Suong Truong and her agency a great place to do business with. Finally, reading some of the reviews, there seems to be a couple of complaints about her making it difficult to cancel your policy. And while I haven't had the chance to see how that was, I will update my review accordingly if it ever is necessary for me to do so.

The sướng trường agent is a person that tries her best to make you happy and understand about the policy . However Allstate insurance company is very difficult when dealing for your roof damage . They do not care how long you are their customer , and how much premiums you had pay them yearly . They simply do not want to pay for your roof ‘s replacement . I am sick of Allstate and thinking about to go with a different company.

Horrendous customer service. We called in to cancel my insurance because we're moving out of state. A rep answered the called in an extremely rude manner. He acts like he's doing us a huge favor. He confirmed the policy has been cancelled only for us to found out 2 weeks later that it was in fact, not. We received an email from Allstate stating that our policy was renewed and they "applied" discount for us. So we now have to spend time talking to them again even though we made everything clear and signed cancellation request the first time already. With such a bad experience, I'll make sure to never return to this agency.

Suong Truong is simply the best Insurance agent around! I’ve switched companies before and I always return to her because she has wonderful customer service, honesty, and will always get you the best deal. Call her. You won’t regret it! Tuan
