Terrible experience!! Started off with a 10:30 AM appointment. I drove all the way there to be told they couldn’t take me until 12. Although they sent me a message saying to be there by 10:30. They said they can’t control that. Came back at 12 lady who did my hair pushed my head where I pushed another way kept telling me how good she was when she rinse my hair got water all the way down my back took out part of it then we did more of it then left it longer after a long do and being pushed, my head pushed and uncomfortable. Then, when I looked, it was Orange. She continued to tell me she was going to re-bleach it but I told her no she argue with me. Also, she argue with me that she wasn’t gonna do my bangs. They were too short, even though I wanted to them highlighted also. It was just crazy. Her the manager talked back-and-forth in Spanish. I asked them to speak English twice. They were trying to figure out what to do with my hair. I finally looked it up on Google and told her that we would put toner on and the kind of toner that would be put on to take care of it. It’s still somewhat Orange and I am very, very very unhappy with it. She wanted to charge me the whole price and I said really after all that you’re gonna charge me. So then the manager came over they talked in Spanish again and ended up taking $20 off the price. I am very dissatisfied. I will never return there again. This is pictures of my hair, which it doesn’t really show how orange it was. Also, my T-shirt was ruined because she got water all the way down my back because she would take some of the highlights out rinse it. Get water down my back, then put more highlighting in and other places. It was just weird.

This was actually my wife's experience that I was witness to. The store was clean and not crowded for a Sat. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a slim opening ahead of an appointment that arrived just behind her. They got her in a chair straight away. Overall the service was great. Friendly service is great, but taking 4 inches off when the instructions explicitly called for 2 inches is a failed execution. Read your reviews.

I'm unsure who my stylist was honestly. I've never been here before but I believe when I checked in online I chose Esther for a 4:45 appt. She did not introduce herself so I don't know her name other than she was an older lady with black hair and glasses. I came in to get a cut and put some layers. i wasnt quite sure exactly what i wanted but i had a photo for an idea at least with the amount of layers i kinda wanted and you could see the amount of layers even tho her hair was styled. My hair was pretty long about Midback and all almost the same length so I got about 2 inches cut and the layers. The cut itself Is decent, she framed the front part of my face but I'm just not fond of the bottom/back half it looks...bland i guess. I feel it looks odd but maybe its just me 🤷🏽‍♀️. My hairstylist could have been more friendly...and less rough I guess while brushing/combing, my hair was not matted or knotted but it is damaged so sometimes brushing can tangle a little especially when wet. If you're tender-headed I do not recommend her as she pulled my hair a few times combing it as it made me kinda squint my eyes cuz it hurt. One of the comb throughs made me even move up as she was combing to decrease the tension of the pull and even say ouch as I felt her rip the knot out instead of working it out to the bottom or even holding the ends to comb it out to relieve the pressure of my hair being pulled. She didn't say sorry or anything (not saying she's obligated to, just felt maybe as a courtesy she could have) she just continued to comb as she been doing. Needless to say my first experience here was not the best and I don't see myself returning in the future.

Great as usual Maricela is excellent with my son! He use to have so much anxiety but not since she’s been cutting his hair I really appreciate her patience

Lina did a great job cutting my hair. We had a wonderful conversation, and she was easy to talk to. But the 4 stars are for her. The missing 5th star is because the place was not too clean. I walked over a couple of dead cockroahes, hair on the floor that was from previous cuts (not mine), and the hair washing basins could've been cleaner.
