Superior Auto Service

I’m always nervous going to a new mechanic as a woman and I had a great experience. They were super professional and communicative. They emailed me the results from their inspection with photos of everything and itemized price estimates. I appreciated having the time to look at everything and not feeling pressured to make a quick decision on the phone. Their prices are very competitive for this area and they got the repairs done quickly. I will absolutely be back and will recommend this place to folks in the future!

I have been taking my 1996 Subaru Legacy to Superior for a while now. They keep my super clean, 30 year old car running great! Superior is an honest and trustworthy shop that does excellent work. I love the diagnostic and repair …

Every auto repair shop has its pros and cons. Here’s my experience: Pros: - Easy to book an appointment over the phone; friendly staff. - I came in for an oil change, and since I had an appointment, the work started right away and finished on time. - They performed a basic inspection and provided a detailed analysis. - I received the inspection report by email with photos showing the issues; small details like this help the shop stand out. - Comfortable waiting lounge. - Transparent pricing. I paid exactly what I was quoted for the oil change. Cons: - Labor costs on the recommended repairs seemed a bit high for a couple of items. - A small plastic cover wasn’t reinstalled, and the hood wasn’t fully closed at handover. Minor issues, but customers should still do a quick check before leaving. - Synthetic blend oil was used instead of full synthetic. Price for the oil change was competitive, but I would have paid the difference for full synthetic if I had known beforehand since it typically lasts longer. Overall good experience!

They addressed my needs without pushing extra repairs at me. I have an old car that I'm only trying to drive for a few more months and they helped me do just that! Great price, good communication, would recommend
