Sweet Bee Bakehouse

The pastries here are a must-try! I live 7 minutes away so I do try to buy a few times each month. The owner is really creative and you can tell she puts a lot of thought into her work. You really cannot go wrong with any of her creations but my usuals are the alfajores, chocolate croissant, monkey breads, and the ube cream buns. I’ve also really enjoyed the banana pudding and carrot cake muffins. I genuinely appreciate how everything is not too sweet, and you can properly taste the ingredients without sugar overpowering everything. There is typically a line once it opens and it could be about a 30-40 minute wait. There tends to be no line later in the day but you do risk things selling out. I think once they figure out how to efficiently ring up orders, they’ll be able to speed up the line.

We stopped by Sweet Bee Bakehouse in Pearland for the first time, and it completely blew me away. I’ve had a lot of pastries over the years, but these were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything we tried was exceptional—the laminations on the croissants were perfectly crisp and buttery, with that ideal balance of light, flaky layers and rich flavor. The sweet options were indulgent without being overwhelming, and the savory pastries were just as impressive, packed with flavor and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. You can tell right away that a lot of skill and attention to detail goes into every item. Beyond the food, the experience itself was just as great. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the bakery is warm and inviting—one of those places where you want to take your time, try a little of everything, and come back often. If you’re anywhere near Pearland, this place is absolutely worth a visit. Sweet Bee Bakehouse isn’t just good—it’s the kind of bakery that sets the bar for what great pastries should be. I’ll definitely be back

Waited all week to finally be able to come back to get some treats to Support some of the best baked treats in Pearland. They’re only open two days a week and it’s so busy and it’s awesome seeing everyone moving around getting all the pastries together. Come on out to Support local businesses!

Hands-down, my favorite bakery in all of Houston the owner and their staff are amazing. Everything is baked fresh and the menu is constantly changing. Do yourself a favor and go all out.

So glad a bakery opened in Pearland, we've been needing a place that has good quality pastries and baked goods. I had the spinach croissant and coconut bun, the croissant was perfectly crispy. will definitely be back to try more!
