Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The entire staff is so polite. Starting off with Nicole at the front desk, she had an amazing customer service. She answered all my questions before service and was very attentive as well during my service. She refilled my complementary drink without hesitation, and she gave me another drink to go! I recommend the mango & strawberry juice with boba! Couldn’t have enough of it haha. I got a pedicure with Jade and she was amazing! She kept going back to fix any little imperfections I couldn’t see or noticed. She was gentle with me from the start! I got a gel manicure with John and he did an amazing job as well. He suggested we went with snow bunny as it would look amazing with my natural long nails. And I couldn’t be happier with the suggestion! Thank you all for an amazing experience here. Definitely coming back!

Leah did an amazing job on both my daughter’s brows and mine! She was incredibly professional, took her time, and made sure to ask questions throughout the appointment so she understood exactly what we wanted. She paid attention to every detail and gave us both beautiful brows that exceeded our expectations. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My niece had a very bad experience at your salon. She went by herself to get her nails done, and unfortunately her cuticle was cut badly. The work on her nails was poorly done, and the result clearly reflects that. She was in so much discomfort that she almost fainted during the appointment. I am not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but I feel this situation was not handled appropriately. They only apologized and didn’t charge her for the design, but considering what happened, she should not have been charged at all. It felt like they took advantage of a young client who went alone. She had previously recommended this place to me, and I was planning to go myself. However, after what happened, I no longer feel comfortable doing so. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that more care and professionalism are shown to future clients.

Mike did a great job, it was just what I wanted. He was patient with me while I decided and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely go back.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My daughter’s pedicure felt rushed and was not done properly after waiting for service. They didn’t spend enough time on the massage, and her cuticles were not cleaned or trimmed correctly. Overall, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. To make matters worse, I was charged to remove gel polish even though I wasn’t wearing gel polish. I was also charged extra for the nail polish I selected without it being clearly explained beforehand. Between the poor-quality service and the unexpected charges, I left feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this nail salon.
