T Orchid Nail Spa

I moved to the neighborhood and what a blessing to have found this nail spa right away. After the first visits, I had so many compliments. Love all the color selections and the cat eye colors are stunning. T is a sweetheart and accommodated me with the designs, shapes, length, thickness and extra secure extension for the acrylic sets (cuz of my physically demanding job). The amount of attention to details showed me that she’s a master of her craft and I vouch for her. Can’t wait for the future visit!

The owner was very helpful and kind, as this was my first time here. I explained that my nails tend to break without polish on, and wanted to keep my natural nails without acrylics. She suggested to do dip since it would strengthen them and the polish would last the longest. She answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the work. I was so impressed to see her know the names of all the clients in the salon. Absolutely recommend seeing her and her team. They were amazing.

Got in last minute on Valentines day to get some amazing Ombre nails done. Two weeks ago, me & my partner got mani pedis and he loved it so much. We will be back in another 2 weeks. 💜 The owner is very sweet and wants to make sure you leave feeling beautiful. They care for, and will take their time to make sure you get exactly what you want. If I could give zero stars- I would. I paid $160 on Saturday April 4th for a full set that took over 3 hours due to repeated interruptions during my appointment. The service was done by the person I was initially led to believe was the owner (T). During the appointment, I expressed that I didn’t like the color and had concerns, but was told to trust the process. Within 4 days, multiple nails began popping off during normal daily activities (cutting food, making a bed). At this point, 3 nails have completely detached. All of the nails came off clean with no product adhered to my natural nail, which indicates improper nail preparation. I returned to the salon last night and was met with a dismissive attitude and told to come back another day. When I returned again today, I was denied a refund and repeatedly spoken over. I was also told by T she is not the owner and never told me that- YES YOU DID. I was only offered to have them fixed, but after the quality of work and how my concerns were handled, I was not comfortable continuing service here. Very disappointing experience in both quality and professionalism. I will also be filing a complaint with the board and notified T of this in which she responded “go ahead and tell the board”. Do not give these people your hard earned money, they do NOT deserve it.
