T’s

I ordered for pick up and noticed my ice cream looked a lot more than usual and i was thinking wow how nice of them, just to get home and realize they put ice and frozen pineapples at the bottom of it, im guessing to make it look full? i just think if you didn’t have anymore ice cream, than maybe a heads up or marked sold out would’ve been nice. I also ordered banana and didn’t receive that either, just strawberries

For my first time it was a terrible experience. I ordered the mini pancakes, it gave me many flavor options as shown in the pic below. I chose fresas con crema with mangoes + chocolate ice cream. Before ordering, my first red flag was the customers in front of us were upset because they were receiving their dessert completely different than what they had initially ordered, didn’t think much of it until after I got my order, I realized the only thing they got right was adding the mangoes. I approached the lady (I speak Spanish) and I respectfully said “disculpa”, she answered with “QUE”…doesn’t come up to the window so I have to shout to tell her what was wrong with my order. I explain that I ordered the fresas con crema mini pancakes (mines had nuts as also shown below) she responds “that’s how the style is” and so I say “so basically your menu says you’re selling a flavor option (fresas con crema) and it doesn’t have fresas, no crema? Just nuts?” And she goes “Yes”. Then she basically told me to next time (to not make it more complicated) choose an option with fruit. Guilt trip. And I was like “okay? Can you at least add fruit to it without charge?” She did she added chopped strawberries on. However I later on found my ice cream flavor was wrong as well lol. I was with my mom, so as i explained to her what happened, she took the wheel this time, which I’ll let her write her own review. In summary, terrible customer service, false information/menu advertising. Both women at the front were very rude, it may have been our first but glad it was our last time coming here. I like to support my local Latina owned businesses since I’m Latina, but I guess next time I’ll just give another local Latina owned business a chance who deserves it way more.

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes after you have put an order in early. You need to consider you are wasting your customers time. You will loose customers fast if you do not fix the problem. They got so mad I called to complain about the wait that they barely put any fruit in my order.

Cute spot, nicely decorated and easily to walk up. I was really impressed by the variety of options and ways you could get desserts here. Decided to get just a classic vanilla shake with strawberry. Loved not only the flavors and sweetness but also the presentation. The shop was playing some 2000s hits which I equally loved lol. Friendly place definitely worth checking out!
