Have their doctor repeating the same procedure multiple times, does not justify you to charge me multiple times. If the doctor is incapable of handling my treatment from the 1st time, that should be owned by you, not the patient, who suffered going through the same procedure 3 times, and now being billed 3 times plus multiple followups. I wish it ended here, as I learned that the doctor ordered a lab work without the patient (my wife) consent to an Out of Network Lab, costing more than the bill for the whole treatment. How is this professionally acceptable?! I am consulting now with a lawyer to take this to a small claim court.

My wife and I have been patients of the Tacoma Foot and Ankle Clinic for several years and have always had the most professional and courteous service. The doctor has always brought great skill and care to his treatment of my chronic ingrown to toenails and has given great relief to my wife's severe arthritic symptoms. Appointments are easy. We feel lucky to have found this clinic and appreciate their work.

This place is amazing! My feet are almost perfect now! I hand fungus for 40 years and couldn't get rid of it! Now it is all gone!

THE WORST MEDICAL APPOINTMENT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. The entire experience was sketchy, even finding the office, with no sign on the door or other indication that this was a professional building. But that's nothing compared to how awful the appointment was. I went in for toe pain that's compromising my life, and the doctor gave me a huge excrutiating cortisone shot with ZERO warning, ZERO empathy while I managed a panic attack, and ZERO advice of what to expect. Hours later I was in the worst pain of my entire life, it was terrifying. The doctor was utterly unsympathetic while telling me that I have extreme advanced arthritis. He dismissed my secondary concern of a constant ingrown toenail, as if the pain wasn't relevant if he couldn't perceive it. And he told me that my only option, other than more cortisone shots, is to scrape away bone spurs, which it turns out is untrue. I've now seen another podiatrist, who actually listened to me, saw the ingrown toenail problem for the serious issue it is, presented several options for it, and presented other options for the arthritis, namely to fuse the joint. I literally wish I could put this doctor out of business, he was so unpleasant, unprofessional, and just plain WRONG.
