As a first-time customer, I was impressed from the very beginning. Even when I called to make my appointment, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and made the entire process easy. Kevin did an amazing job with my hair! Beyond the results, I appreciated the entire experience. The time he took, the conversation, and how genuine he is made all the difference. Nothing felt forced or fake—it was just an enjoyable, relaxing appointment. I've tried several salons over the years and honestly haven't always had the best experiences, but Tangerine is one I would 100% recommend. As a fellow business owner, I notice when a company truly invests in its people and culture. It's obvious that Tangerine takes pride in both their staff and the environment they've created, and it shows in every interaction. I can't recommend them enough!

Originally had a consultation at the Coppell location. I couldn’t book a date that worked before my friend’s wedding, but the stylist helped me book at the Dallas location. Everything was really smooth. They shared the notes from my consultation with the stylist, so he already had an idea of what I was looking for. I got a gloss and haircut with Johnny, and I’m really happy with the results. Also the little head massage with the warm towel he gives is phenomenal lol. Overall, a really great experience with this salon. :)

I spent over 5 hours at Tangerine Salon and left with damaged hair and wasted time. The only thing I asked for was not to be put with a protégé stylist — and that request was ignored. Kryssa was the stylist who worked on me, and unfortunately the experience was awful. She destroyed my hair, couldn’t even cut it straight across, and repeatedly had to ask the master stylist questions throughout my coloring process. Despite this, Kevin never once came over to check how my hair was processing, how the color was developing, or how the service was going overall. I have pictures of what I asked for versus what I got, and the difference is shocking. I specifically said no orange, yet my hair pulled orange/brassy anyway. Yes, I was refunded, but that doesn’t make up for the time wasted or the damage to my hair, which I now have to fix elsewhere. I’m honestly shocked a salon of this reputation would allow someone with this skill level to work on clients independently. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

I’ve been a client at this salon for over ten years. Visits with Annie are like chatting with an old friend. She always listens to my concerns and has my hair looking and feeling better every time. When the time was right she helped me achieve a natural looking transition to gray. The girls at the front desk are always welcoming and helpful.

I had a great experience at Tangerine Salon! Melissa was wonderful. She asked questions throughout the appointment and made sure I was happy with both the cut and color. She did an amazing job covering my white hairs, and unlike my previous experience elsewhere, the color was blended evenly and not patchy at all. The haircut also looked soft, polished, and professionally done. I truly love how I feel and look after the cut and color she did for me. The salon itself also had a very nice ambience, and I appreciated how welcoming everyone was. They even offered drinks like coffee or a latte while waiting. I just chose water. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
