I have been with Katherine Le since February of 2004. She’s great! I’ve sent my boyfriend and he’s sent his parents over to her as well. They’re an office of 5 employees with one owner and the head owner accountant name is Katherine. They’re all competent, friendly, efficient, and commonly smooth difficult situations due to their high volume of client experiences. I witness this every time I have to visit them. Over 16 years being her client, I’m very happy to have stayed with her and see her grow in her company. She’s so hard working and often times is blunt but I love her character. She’s got my business for life.

Let me first be clear, the workers at this place are very helpful what I am going to complain about is not directed toward any of the workers but it is directed toward the owner (Hang Le). My family went and file taxes at this place because of language conveniency. The owner actually handle the paperwork for us doing our taxes very quickly and efficiently. However, my dad needed help regarding with my first time home buyer credit which was filed and pay for on my mom's tax return in 2015 so he shouldn't need to file it. IRS mailed him a letter charging him $445 for both late fee plus the payment fee. My dad ask Hang for help and she made an excuse saying that she is short of workers and ask to come back some other time and she will write a letter to the IRS which only takes 5 minutes. To which my dad schedule with her for a Friday appointment which she answer back "anytime". We came on Friday and she literally forgot about it and told us that we came at the wrong time and she has no workers to help us. My dad explains that he just need help with this and he'll be done. Hang (The owner) actually told him to shut up in Vietnamese and it's not her fault. My dad wasn't being hostile or rude towards Hang but he was told to shut up. Hang only cares for the money, after she gets what she wants she no longer cares for the customer. Simply the worst owner I have seen so far. Me and my dad will never come back here to file taxes, EVER.

Witnessing this event yesterday when I went to file taxes and Katherine Hang Le A woman customer was in the process of filing taxes and after the customer decided to not file with Katherine Hang Le, due to the demeaning nature of Hang Le and the extreme unprofessionalism. Hang Le then got angry and demanded that the customer pay high tax fees, even though the customer had decided to go elsewhere and not continue to do business with Hang Le. She then proceeded to cuss and scream, physically shoving the customer.

I agree with Christina Nguyen and Thien Pham. The owner is very rude. She does't care whether you will come back to do business with her or not. She makes you pay tax more than you suppose to pay . Don't waste your time and money here. You better do your tax thru turbo tax or elsewhere. Again this is a horrible place.The owner has a avery bad attitude. She should not in business . Deffinitely NOT COMING BACK.

I had an appointment at 12 pm. Got there 15 min earlier and when it was my time, I was told to wait in line and had to wait for a solid 40 min. Horrible experience and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off doing your tax at home via online thru TurboTax for free.
