I called Mr Alex Gluzman with a tax problem I had. He was able to quickly understand the situation and then effectively represent me with the IRS. Within a few days he was able to efficiently resolve the situation, applying money owed to me by the IRS, eliminating penalty charges and even negotiating a refund. I reached out to Alex about a year ago for some assistance filing a few years worth of state and federal income taxes. On the first call Alex took the time to understand my situation and explain how he could help. I was provided an initial quote that turned out, for me at least, to be exactly what I paid. While my tax situation was fairly straight-forward, I wasn't the easiest client. Over the months working on this, I was often away internationally, usually without internet. I would sometimes return to find a month-old email from Alex asking for a signature or some simple action. While this was probably frustrating, I can't express the patience and professionalism practiced by Alex and the accountant he acquired to help me out. They would often need to re-walk me through a process when a deadline had passed. At no point did I ever feel that they weren't working hard for me nor did they demand additional payment when this occurred. Alex has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable in government tax processes. Tells you what to expect, provides honest feedback and is diligent in the way he approaches the situation. Is very responsive in keeping us updated. Understands the intricate details in getting the government to understand the situation and has the ability to find an acceptable resolution for a path moving forward. All we can say is Alex was able to resolve a tax issue that resulted in a total removal of the tax labilities that exceeded six figures. Amazing what he was able to accomplish for us.
