Went in after dinner for a quick sweet treat. I had just activated a new debit card and accidentally used the wrong one through Apple Pay, so I skipped the tip screen knowing the payment would decline and planned to add the tip once I used the correct card. Instead, the cashier felt the need to comment, “That’s what happens when you don’t tip.” I fully intended to tip, I just needed to use the right card — and the remark felt unnecessary and super rude. Definitely need better front facing customer service.

Save your money and head to BOBA COFFEE TEA & SMOOTHIES across the street if you want a true blended smoothie that even comes with ice cream. My blended smoothie was mostly crushed ice instead of smooth and creamy. When I politely asked if it could be remade, Liberty told me I would have to pay for another drink. The way the situation was handled came across as dismissive, and the customer service left me disappointed. I understand not every experience will be perfect, but I expected better quality and a better response when trying to resolve the issue.

Of course I wouldn’t never came back to this location 7/8/26 I been a customer since 2019 from this company this was my second time I came to this location and the last time I ever got into any situation. The young man tell me he was GLAD TO ME NOT COMING BACK! Well enough for me. Worst place ever If you can go to Marbach would be so much nicer than here.
