I came in with a lot of exhaust system work needing to get done and they were very informative (I got a whole doc of photos/detailed descriptions of what work was recommended/with pricing/part identifiers), honest with pricing (confirmed when compared with other shops), and easy to work with (even involving my insurance). They had a loaner car which really helped me out in a pinch when I dropped my car off. It took some time since they had to order special OEM parts, but turned it around quickly once those parts were at the shop.
I had a great experience taking my Audi to Tech One. Maggie went above and beyond to help me understand the issue with my car and even reviewed past invoices from another auto shop to help me with my decision to repair. I really appreciate the Lyft service as well. I will definitely be taking my car here the next time I have an issue.
Came here for a wheel alignment. The free in depth check clearly told me I had more going on. The space for waiting is comfy, clean, and full of snacks. Maggie is welcoming and knowledgeable. She stands on business! It feels like you are in good hands when you come here. No pressure, they get cars in all stages. Plus free and easy loner car! I will trust them with my business again.
Being a Facilities General Mechanic and having helped restore several classic Fords, I consider myself more of a handyman than a mechanic. Trent, Bobby and the staff ensured that the specific OEM parts, per my detailed requests, were used during the repair. They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Bobby, the shop foreman, performed a quality set of repairs on a very labor intensive job. I heartily recommend Tech One Automotive.
You can tell the difference the moment you get out of your car, it just feels like you came to the right place for whatever work you need done. This place is clean and fully staffed and half of the guys that work there look like firefighters! Well trained, knowledgeable and clean cut. You will be happy with the work and professionalism
